Terms of service

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Who we are

EntryPass is an independent document preparation service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate. Every document referenced on this site can also be obtained for free directly from the relevant government.

2. Not legal or immigration advice

EntryPass prepares and, where authorized, files the specific arrival/entry document you request, based on the information you provide. We do not evaluate your eligibility to enter a country, do not advise on visas, immigration status, or admissibility, and nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice. If your situation is more complex than a routine arrival document (prior entry refusals, criminal history, dual nationality issues, etc.), consult a licensed immigration attorney or the destination's consulate instead of relying on this service.

3. Authorization to act on your behalf

For destinations where we file your document directly with the official portal, by checking the authorization box at checkout you appoint EntryPass as your limited agent solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting that specific document, using only the information you provide. This authorization is limited to that one submission and does not extend to any other filing, government interaction, or ongoing representation. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it on behalf of every traveler in your order (for example, a parent booking for a minor, or one member of a group booking for the others with their knowledge and consent). For destinations marked as requiring self-submission, we prepare the document but you remain responsible for filing it yourself.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order, and you may only submit information for travelers you have the authority to act for. You agree not to provide false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person without their consent, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse, cancel, or delay an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these terms.

5. Fees

Our service fee is shown in full before you pay and covers preparation, specialist review, and (where applicable) submission. It does not include any government fee charged separately by the destination, if applicable.

6. Accuracy of information

We review submissions for completeness and obvious errors, but we rely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for entry denial, delays, or fees resulting from inaccurate information you supplied, though we will help you correct and resubmit at no extra cost where the error was on our end.

7. Refunds and cancellation

See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The EntryPass name, site, and content are owned by EntryPass or its licensors. You may use the site only to place and manage your own orders. The completed government document we prepare for you is yours to use for your travel.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the service, and will refund any order not yet processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntryPass's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the fee paid for that order, and EntryPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as missed flights, cancelled trips, or lost income) arising from entry denial, delay, or processing issues.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent via our contact page.
