How EntryPass works
A straightforward, six-step process from booking to boarding.
1. Tell us your trip
Choose your destination and travel dates. We tell you exactly which document your destination requires and what it's called locally.
2. Give us your details
Enter each traveler's name, date of birth, nationality, and passport details. You'll also review and confirm the authorization letting EntryPass prepare — and where legally possible, submit — your document on your behalf.
3. Confirm and pay
One flat price per traveler, shown in full before you pay — no rush-fee tiers, no hidden fees.
4. We file it
Depending on the destination, we submit it directly to the official portal on your behalf right after payment, or send you a completed form ready for you to file yourself where self-verification is required.
6. You get confirmation
You'll receive an email and a status page link the moment your document is submitted or completed, so you can track it any time.
EntryPass is an independent document preparation service and is not affiliated with any government or embassy. Every destination in this guide also lets you file for free directly on its official portal — we charge a service fee to prepare, review, and (where authorized) submit your paperwork for you.
