- Your confirmation was issued: once your document has been filed with the official portal and we have your confirmation on file, the order is fulfilled and isn't refundable — this holds regardless of the reason for a refund request.
- Your confirmation was not issued: if we were not able to produce your confirmation for any reason, you get a full refund, automatically returned to your original PayPal payment method.
For destinations we handle automatically, filing typically happens within minutes of payment.

Refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
EU/UK right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel an online purchase for any reason. Because filing can begin within minutes of payment, by placing an order you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once filing begins — though per the policy above, you're still covered by a full refund if that filing doesn't actually go through.
